MAP Policy

Kanooler Products LLC has adopted a minimum advertised price policy (MAP Policy) that applies to all approved dealers and distributors who sell or supply for resell any CreekKooler or CreekKooler PuP branded products.

This MAP Policy applies to advertised price. It does not apply to actual sell price.

Kanooler Products LLC may revise MAP pricing at its sole discretion and will communicate with clients revised pricing and effective dates if a revision is planned.

Pricing listed on any internet site is considered an advertised price and must adhere to Kanooler Products LLC pricing instructions.

Kanooler Products LLC reserves the right to enforce corrective action on MAP policy violators that may include suspending the sale of MAP violation products to the reseller in question, cancellation of current MAP violation products orders with same reseller, and refusal of future orders with the reseller on subject products.
