Disappointed

We have friends who have used these coolers for kayak camping and they were great! We ordered a 30 in anticipation of a trip last year and couldn’t go due to weather. So, we were really excited to use the Kooler this year for our trip. We paddled to our campsite and pulled the Kooler out of the river and water poured out of the seam! Everything in the Kooler was soaked in river water! There’s only a 1 year warranty, but we never used it and now we’re out the cost of the unit AND the stuff that got wet. I’m giving the second star because I know that this product is great, when it works as intended. I’m just sad that we got a dud.
